Rhinoplasty
A bespoke approach to nasal architecture, combining open and closed techniques for harmonious, natural-looking results.

Overview
Rhinoplasty — or nose reshaping — is one of the most requested procedures at Soundarya. Dr. Arush Pasricha favours a preservation-style, structural approach that respects natural identity while refining proportion, projection and breathing function.
Every plan is bespoke: 3D imaging, anatomic measurement and a long, unhurried consultation guide each surgical decision.
- Refined dorsal line and tip definition
- Improved nasal breathing where indicated
- Natural, identity-preserving result
- Long-lasting structural outcome
- Adults bothered by a dorsal hump, bulbous tip or asymmetry
- Patients with deviated septum or breathing issues
- Revision rhinoplasty candidates seeking expert correction
- Post-trauma reconstruction
From consult to long-term care.
Consultation
Detailed facial analysis, 3D imaging and a candid discussion of what surgery can — and cannot — achieve for your anatomy.
Surgical day
Procedure performed under general anaesthesia in a JCI-aligned theatre. Most patients return home the same day.
Recovery
Splint removed at day 7. Bruising clears in 10–14 days. You can return to public life within two weeks.
Long-term care
Reviews at 1 week, 1 month, 3 months and 12 months. The refined shape continues to settle for up to a year.
Your questions, answered.
Will my nose look 'done'?
+
No. Our preservation-style approach refines proportion while keeping your features unmistakably yours.
Are there visible scars?
+
Closed rhinoplasty leaves no external scars. Open technique uses a tiny columellar incision that heals almost invisibly.
How long until I can fly?
+
Most international patients fly home safely after 10–14 days, with scheduled video follow-ups thereafter.
